Salesforce: The Human-Centered Workplace

Designing 37 floors within the iconic Salesforce Tower was a multi-year, cross-disciplinary effort rooted in human connection, sustainability, and performance. As lead interior designer for One Workplace, I guided the design from concept through occupancy—crafting environments that reflect Salesforce’s values of warmth, collaboration, and mindful innovation.

The LEED Platinum workplace is structured around clean sightlines, natural materials, biophilic influences, employee wellbeing, and intentional flow. Warm textures soften the corporate scale, while sunlight-rich zones and a range of mindfulness, rejuvenation, and focus spaces support cognitive needs throughout the day. Each floor was designed as a unique yet cohesive experience—inviting employees into spaces that uplift, empower, and set a new standard for sustainable workplace design.
