Salesforce Tower

Employee Floors

The Salesforce Tower has redefined the San Francisco skyline. It is the tallest tower in San Francisco and the focal point of the newly branded East Cut neighborhood. The Tower is designed as a landmark in sustainability and a model for modern workplaces in promoting the health and well-being of its occupants. My role as One Workplace's lead interior designer for this project was to create high-performance environments that inspire employees, enhance productivity, and elevate their daily quality of life. To do so, we embraced Salesforce's core principles of warmth and collaboration. We designed with LEED principles and employee happiness in mind. We developed clean sightlines, crafted open flow design concepts, utilized natural materials, designed for sunlight saturation, created innovative mindfulness, focus, and rejuvenation areas, and curated residential elements and finishes throughout each floor. By the end of this tremendous experience, I spent 3 years leading interior design efforts for this project, spanning from the pre-design phase all the way to the installation and occupancy of 37 corporate floors.
